Procedure (60 minutes)
Ask students to discuss who attends meetings, which of them chair meetings, who takes minutes, what type of meetings, how long they last ....
Students to predict what kind of protocols and etiquette to expect in the English culture. Distribute each student with a sample point and ask them to explain it to the class.

PW: Create an email to request a meeting on Sunday, 24 November at 5pm to discuss improving your business correspondence. Students may leave after I've marked it.
