Procedure (39-56 minutes)
PW Display image 1 on WB 2 mins Ex 1 - ask students to write down who says the sentence from memory of the previous lesson. (target language is included in these sentences) Who says these sentences - Frank, Janet or Liz? Students check their answers with pairs opposite Teacher displays answer key on WB
Pair work Ex 2 - teacher asks the below Are the below sentences about now or everyday? WC feedback and confirms answers on WB using PP
Group work uses same marker sentences and materials Ex 3 - ask students to sort into positive and negative forms Teacher to monitor STS ask students to feedback correct answers and highlight on WB
Individual work Ex 4 - STS to complete table with the correct form of present continuous Check answers in pairs Students to write correct answers on WB T- highlight MFP
