The teacher divides the class into three groups and asks them each to think of a product they can talk about very well for which that they can make a successful advertisement.
At this stage, the students are given time to work in groups using the available materials to design and make an advertisement for a product The teacher walks around the group and helps them with stuff!
The teacher sets limited time for students to practice the act of presenting their work and remind the that "presentation" is more than reading a text aloud. She explains that they need to try to communicate with their audience in an interesting and attracting way and use a variety of intonations.
The teacher asks one volunteer from the first group to come in front of the class and present their advertisement. The teacher gives the other two groups a handout including some questions to get them involved with the listening to the presenter in order to stop them from talking or working on their own projects after the time limit.

The teacher gives the other two groups a handout including some questions to get them involved with the listening to the presenter in order to stop them from talking or working on their own projects after the time limit.
