Warmer / Lead-in: I'll introduce myself and check the students names. Then I'll have the students seating in an appropriate shape ( horse-shoe shape ). Exposure: I'll introduce prepositions of place orally, then on the board using realea to make them understood for the students. Highlighting: I'll highlight prepositions of place in W/H and Yes/No questions,such as Where are you from ? Where in .......... ? ......... etc. Controlled Practice: ( Students have a look at the Grammar Box p 19 ) I'll give the students a conversation. They will practice similar ones in pairs using prepositions of place in the context of place. Then they do exercise 1 p19 by themselves, When finishing doing the exercise,each student will check his peer's answers. WB exercises on ps 138 and 139 are done in the same way..
