Procedure (145 minutes)
1. Introduce myself - work experience - personal 2. Ask students to introduce themselves + what they do Questions: how long have you been with the bank? How long have you been in Khartoum / Sudan? What are your work aspirations? What are your personal dreams? 3. So many of you have travelled extensively ... many flags represented in the classroom - now we are going to create your own individual flags. It must contain your name + minimum 3 priorities / interests - use your imagination to design your flag. 4. Needs analysis questionnaire - I need to know each of your strengths and weaknesses - please help me to help you by completing this short 12 question questionnaire.
