Students will be introduced to the differences between British and American English
Procedure (20-26 minutes)
In this stage, Students will be taught new vocabulary by the use of various body movements. Teacher will hardly try to get students to elicit different internal parts of a car. Teacher will tell students 'now i want to drive a car, can anyone guess what i am holding with my hands' then 'i have to control the car and sometime i need to change my direction so i turn the steering wheel' then 'i am on the road so i need to speed up, what should i do?' then 'first i press the accelerator but if it does not work i have to press down or hold down the clutch pedal and change the gear to second or third at the same time' then 'gear stick' then 'can you tell me how many pedals do we have and what do they do?'
Draw a picture and elicit vocabulary. Elicit, drill and show its written form. nouns: steering wheel, gear stick, seats, rear-view mirror, pedals as well as accelerator and brake and clutch, car radio, dashboard, seat belt and so on.
Students will then do a matching exercise whose aim is to ensure that all Students understand the meaning of the vocabulary. They will work as individuals, and then in pair work, and then we will check the answers.

Teacher will tell students 'now what can you see?, what are these?, they are wheels with tyres' then 'we have roof which can be convertible' then 'we have bonnet that covers the engine and boot to store our equipments'
The teacher will draw a picture and elicit vocabulary. Elicit, drill and show its written form. nouns: wheels, tyres,door, roof, bonnet, boot, windscreen, windscreen wiper, handle, head lights and rear lights, side mirror, bumper and so on.
Students will then do a matching exercise whose aim is to ensure that all Students understand the meaning of the vocabulary. They will work as individuals, and then in pair work, and then we will check the answers.
