Procedure (50-56 minutes)
T: "How was yesterday night?" "What did you do after the class?" -ppp on T: "These are what i did last night" "I bought some chocolate yesterday" Ss talk with their pairs about the pictures on PPP.
Sentences are on PPP T asks "How can I say these in present tense?" T gives the first sentence as an example. Ss tell the answers. "Is this past? Is this present?" Draws timelines. Draws attention to "listened-listen", "cleaned-clean" and "bought-buy", "went-go" Elicits irregular verbs.
Marker sentence on PPP. (one with irregular, one with regular verbs) Elicits form. Drills
(if time) Ss take a look at the list. T plays the record. Ss tick the answers. Ss check their answers in pairs. T plays the record again Feedback on WB HO of irregular and regular verbs.

ppp on HO the questions Ss fill the first column by themselves. ICQ "Alone? or two people?" Pair check Monitors and feedback on WB. T asks for two volunteers Models (Asks the first question to both. If the answer is yes, writes name (+), if no name (-). Ss stand up and ask their peers.
Ss work in pairs. Ss say "Name(-) didn't clean...." or "Name (+) cleaned ....." T models if necessary Delayed error correction on WB.
