-To get them engaged in the context they will be asked if they are interested when they see the words "Breaking News" on TV? -They will also be asked what kind of news would be interesting for them?( a scandal about a famous person, strike about poverty etc?) -Then more questions will be shown on the board and Ss will be asked to talk with their partner.

Pre-Reading (5-8 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

-Students will be given vocabulary matching exercise to pre-teach the words in the text -After elicitation, I will be monitoring them and if they have any problem more clues will be given such as example sentence. -They will be asked to check the answers with their partners. -Answer key will be shown on the board.

While-Reading (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist information reading tasks

While-Reading (8-10 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading

-Students will be asked to work as a group -They will be given headlines for each text to match -They are going to work together and try to find the correct headlines and ending. -After they match the text with the headlines, they will be given last sentences of the text and try to match. -Answer key will be shown. -They're going to discuss with their groups if they sympathize that protest and Which is the best form of protest?

Post-Reading (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

-Ss will be given the worst things that can happen in life HOs(Someone is trying to kill you, you were born without the ability to see ,you lost all your money and savings etc.) -They will asked to work as a group and tell how would he/she react in that kind of situation? -I will be monitoring them while they're talking and give delayed feedback at the end.
