Procedure (50-10 minutes)
Open slide 1 put the students into groups, ask them to read the questions in 1 minute get answers from the groups write the sentences opposite the pictures Ask the negative form of these sentences Ask how they can make these sentences questions
Open 2nd slide - the interview about husband-and-wife rock stars ask students to find question sentences and underline them write these questions on the board, and ask these questions Try to get answers Write the form of question sentences and answers. drill the sentences
Give the hand outs. ask them to do just 1st and 2nd parts (emphasis is on the form in these exercices) students check their answers with their partners get the answers from ss ask them to write on the board emphasise the form show the stresses of the sentences Ask them to do the 3rd exercise students check their answers with their partners get the answers from ss ask them to write on the board show the stresses of the sentences
1.Open Track R4.7 Students listen to the questions and notice how we say 'do you' and repeat 2.Open track R4.8 Students will listen and write four questions with do you. They will hear each question twice. Say: Don't look at others' answer. First do yourselves and then you will check with your parter. Students work in pairs and compare their sentences. Ask them to ask these questions eachother
put the students in pairs as Student A and Student B Give the handouts according to this ( these 2 are different from each other) First wait for everybody to form the jungled question sentences. Then partners ask these questions to each other İf there is still much time, then ask them to find different partners to ask
-students write their names on a piece of paper Put them into the pouch. In the other pouch there are purple pieces of paper on which some phrases are written. One student picks a name, and picks a piece of paper. He/she has to find the correct verb and form the question sentence correctly, then ask this question to that student And the game goes on this way.
