Procedure (35-45 minutes)
global warming on board. elicit meaning. discuss how things could change using pictures on the board.
give context for listening. look at the questions regarding the listening. play the listening. peer check answers. go through answers
tell them to listen carefully to the listening again and to fill in the blank spaces. peer check. class check.
highlight the question 'do you think... will.... ?' on the board as well as may, might, could and will. modal using question one. separate the class into groups and allow them to discuss the questions.
modal what is required using question one. separate into pairs. allow them to choose their answers. swap pairs to peer check. check as a class
