Procedure (36-50 minutes)
Show students images of different healthy activities (e.g., exercising, eating fruits, sleeping, drinking water). In pairs, students discuss: "What do you do to stay healthy?" "Which of these activities do you do regularly?" Feedback: Students share ideas with the class.

1. Students read 5 comprehension questions: What does the doctor say about sugar? How much exercise does the doctor recommend per week? What is the importance of hydration? Why is sleep important for health? What advice does the patient find difficult to follow? 2. Play the audio again. 3. Students answer the questions individually. 4. Pair-check and whole-class discussion.
1. In groups, students discuss: Which of the doctor’s health tips do you already follow? What changes would you like to make in your daily routine? 2. Groups present key points from their discussion. 3. The teacher monitors and provides feedback.
