In this lesson Ss will practise their reading and speaking skills.They will practice reading for specific info,and semi controlled speaking.

By the end of this lesson, SS will have practised reading for specific information in the context of children taking risk story.
Subsidiary Aims

To practice vocabulary words and to practice controlled speaking and free speaking.
Procedure
Stage 1 • To set the context Pre-teach some vocabulary words Reading (skimming/gist)
Teach (vocabulary words) sedentary, hovering, cliffs, sternly and cyberbullies. Eliciting ,CCQ drilling, Practice and writing (vocab words) Example: Somebody who sits on the sofa most of the time may be called a “couch-potato” he/she becomes obese (sedentary) Example: Someone using the internet to harm/ scare others via sending them nasty emails. After teaching the vocabulary words, Ss read the text(skimming/gist) (Should I let my child take more risks)
