Procedure (33-49 minutes)
Show an image of an exam hall. Ask ss questions about the image. Ex what do you see? have you ever taken an exam? How do you feel? What was he doing that made them feel that way?
SS will listen to an audio dialogue of 2 different people with the same questions. ss will check with each other and provide feedback.
SS will listen to an audio and complete 5 sentences regarding the material they have listened to. SS can work in pairs and discuss answers afterwards.
explain the grammar rules of first conditionals and future time clauses by illustrating on the interactive WB and giving examples for each rule. Preparing students for their next task in grammar.
ss will complete exercises e. exercise e will be done in pairs where students will choose 5 sentences and discuss true stories about themselves.
