Description
In this lesson, students learn about the meaning and application of "used to" in English language. The lesson starts with telling a personal story by the teacher about one of her old friends. This is followed by eliciting some sentences about her friend's habits in the past by showing some pictures.Then, students do drills including repetition, substitution and transformation.Next, students practice making new sentences through showing some pictures by the teacher. Finally, students have a short conversation about one of their habits in the past. Then, they describe their friends habits for the teacher.
