Procedure (31-45 minutes)
Tell students to sit in a group of four,discuss and make plans on where to go and what to do if they were told that the class will go for an outing. Each group will tell the class their plans.
Write the frequency adverbs on the board,describe the various meanings,give them the task and ask the students to arrange them in order,students will check answers in pairs.
Explain to students what an early bird means and a night owl.Students will perform the task in pairs using the questionaire to determine who is an early bird or night owl.
T will ask students to use the questionaire to find the frequency adverbs.
T will ask student to choose a correct word in the rules of frequency adverbs and also put some adverb frequency in some sentences in other to make them true for them.
T draws a picture of a man and a woman on the board with a speech bubble from the man saying 'I love you'. Students identify the subject and the object. T points out the subject+verb+object word order in sentences. Students then perform the task.
T draw the table showing the subject pronouns and object pronouns. check answers with students.
T uses example from the questionaire,point out the object pronoun 'it' and tell Ss it represent the noun phrase 'a good film' in the first sentence. Students now do the exercise.
T tells Ss to listen to an audio where Tanya will do a questionaire. Ss write T for by Tanya's answers. Ss check answers
